Jennifer Millett is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who has dedicated her career to providing high-quality, compassionate care for children and their families. Born in South Korea, Jennifer moved to the Tampa Bay Area at the age of 10 and has called Florida home ever since. She loves the Sunshine State and has built both her career and her family life here.
From the very beginning of her nursing journey, Jennifer knew that her true calling was working with children. She brings warmth, empathy, and a strong commitment to ensuring every child she cares for has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and feel supported.
During her graduate studies, Jennifer worked as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Shands Hospital, University of Florida, for three years. This experience shaped her approach to pediatric care by giving her extensive hands-on experience in caring for children with critical health needs.
She has been practising as a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2007, and in 2017 she joined the TCENT team, where she continues to provide expert care. Before TCENT, she worked as a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology and served as an adjunct clinical nursing instructor, helping to guide and mentor future nurses.

Outside of her professional role, Jennifer strives to be an example for her daughter, always to be the best version of yourself. She finds joy in both her work and her personal life, balancing her dedication to patients with quality time at home.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys decorating, travelling, staying active, and making memories with her family. At home, she finds comfort in spending time with her three cats, whom she loves to snuggle with.
Jennifer believes that her role as a mother, nurse, and mentor all come together to fuel her commitment to providing children and families with the best care possible.
